Dear Future Third Grader:
Even though second grade is ending, we are already planning and getting excited for next year. We have many fun things that we will do and learn in third grade. We also wanted to give you a list of supplies for this fall. This is altered a bit from the district list as we took off things that students won't use, and added what they will use in our third - grade classrooms. This way you will have all summer to purchase them.
It is a good idea to take advantage of the summer sales and buy extras of items listed "more as needed".
If this list causes financial hardship, please contact your teacher privately.
I truly hope you have a wonderful summer. I look forward to seeing you in August.
Sincerely,
Harvey Dunn 3r
