Gaston County students are not required to bring any supplies with them to school in order to access our educational programs. If you would like to purchase personal supplies for your child, this list may act as an optional guide. While the following are not requirements, donations by parents, businesses, civic organizations, or faith-based organizations are always greatly appreciated. Please do not bring the following: Ink pens Trapper Keepers/binders Sharpies Pencil boxes Students in fifth grade will be switching classes. Because of this, it is important students do not bring excessive supplies, binders or pencil boxes as they will not be easy to transition from room to room.
